Kora 2.0: 25+ new languages and dialects across emerging markets
Today, we're pleased to announce the release of Kora 2.0, which adds 25+ languages and dialects to AethexAI's conversational agents, including Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Swahili, Wolof, Fula, Amharic, Shona, isiZulu, Bambara, and more.
Kora 2.0 is now available for enterprise customers, with API access to follow.
Check out our video here to see how Kora works and examples of the new languages that we support:

For enterprise AI agents, language support has to go beyond recognition. Kora 2.0 is built to handle the accents, dialects, and code-switching of real conversations across emerging markets.
These new languages are available across AethexAI's existing inbound and outbound agents, from 24/7 customer support to collections, sales, KYC, and public services. Enterprises can serve customers in their preferred languages across voice, WhatsApp, and SMS, with the same conversation recordings, analytics, and operational tools they already use.
For existing customers, there's no new infrastructure to deploy or separate integration to manage. The new languages work with their existing agents, workflows, and per-minute pricing. Teams can expand language coverage without rebuilding the systems behind their conversations.
CEO and cofounder Mariama Diallo shared, “Kora 2.0 is another step toward making conversational AI available in the languages people actually use. The value for our customers is significant and it’s about more than just languages. This milestone provides them with the ability to serve callers, manage follow ups and reach new markets.”
Kora 2.0 is available now.
