What We Are Building

AethexAI builds voice AI agents for enterprise customers. Any organization that deals with high volumes of calls, customer interactions, or operational workflows is a potential customer. Our sales cycles require credibility, commercial intelligence, and persistence.

Who We Want to Hear From

We are interested in sales and GTM professionals based in or with deep networks across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and Ivory Coast. Many of our best fits have studied or worked internationally and bring that standard to their home market.

You are a fit if:

• You have a proven track record closing enterprise B2B deals

• You find your own pipeline - you do not wait for leads to be handed to you

• You have existing relationships with decision-makers at large organizations in your market

• You are hungry, competitive, and motivated by what you earn, not just what you are paid

• You have worked in tech, fintech, SaaS, telecoms, banking, or a related commercial field

• You can run a full sales cycle independently: outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close

What Working Here Looks Like

There is no SDR team feeding you leads. There is no long onboarding process. There is no heavy management structure. You will be expected to build your own pipeline from day one using your network, your judgment, and your drive.

In return, you join a company that is growing quickly, gives you real commercial ownership, and pays you well when you close. Compensation is competitive base plus meaningful commission. The commission is the point.
